At Risha Collections, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer a hassle-free return process. Please read our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- For hygiene reasons, accessories, undergarments, and sale items are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@rishacollections.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.
- Securely pack the item and send it via a trackable courier service.
- Once received, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.
- It’s the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the item is returned in the same condition, and ensure that it’s packed properly and protected during delivery.Buyer has to pay the postage for the return. For exchange items,the buyer is responsible for the second shipping cost.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will cover the return shipping cost and provide a full refund or replacement.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
- Then contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@rishacollections.com.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
